An old absinthe-recipe from 1900 serves as the basis for Kallnacher absinthe. Now, as then, Kallnacher is produced in Val-de-Travers in Switzerland using a very slow method of distilling the beverage.
The result is a flavoursome and balanced absinthe which leans towards melissa. Its scent contains a rich pot-pourri of different herbs. Kallnacher leaves you with a pleasantly herbal finish and unlike most other “La Bleue” absinthes it is not dominated by the taste of star anise. 0,5 litre, 55% alcohol.
