Serpis absinthe is a modern product distilled by a relatively young company. Its red colour make Serpis appear exotic amongst the other absinthe-classics. This absinthe stands out due to its mild aroma and its well-balanced herbal note. Mixed with water, Serpis changes its colour to apricot-red.
This absinthe is a beverage with a fine Spanish tradition; its roots going back to the 19th century. It was then that a fistful of small distilleries in the Alicante area started producing absinthe. In 1964 these small distilleries merged into Licores company inc, the current manufacturer of Serpis Classic. 1 litre, 55% alcohol.
