Without the use of chemical additives this absinthe was already produced in 1859. Its original recipe only allowed: small anise, star anise, fennel, coriander, melissa, liquorice, hyssop and (as expected) vermouth. Libertine 72 is one of France’s best absinthe varieties.
The herbs are distilled separately and mixed later. That way a constant high-level quality is guaranteed.
This exquisite absinthe is neither pre-sugared nor is it artificially coloured and its flavour will make every vermouth-lover’s heart swell. 0,7 litres, 55% alcohol.
