Hill’s is produced in southern Bohemia since 1920. The ingredients used are chosen with utmost accuracy. Hill’s absinthe possesses a low quantity of anise which is responsible for the lack of the whitening process when drunken in the classic way.
Its taste could be described as sturdy, aromatic and slightly bitter. Its recipe corresponds with the classic production of absinthe incorporating current law. 0,7 litres, 70% alcohol.
