Made from warmouth, sage, angelica, fennel, camomile et al. the Green Fairy – regarded as absinthe Mata Hari’s “little sister” – seduces you with only 55% alcohol. Add some ice and you will experience a “bewitching” albeit anise-free Louche-effect.
Particularly in gastronomy Green Fairy is appreciated as a basis for various absinthe-cocktails.
Absinthe Green Fairy fascinates because of its full and slightly sweet aroma. Violet root and cinnamon amongst other things provide a unique taste experience. 0,04 litres, 55% alcohol with a high amount of thujone.
By the way, this excellent absinthe is produced using the original recipe of Gerry Fischer’s granddaddy by the “Alt-Wiener-Schnapsmuseum”.
