Great importance is attached to an accurate and slow distillation process while producing absinthe Limitee. Unfortunately Eichelberger absinthe is fabricated only in small quantities as the German factory wants to avoid the creation of a mass product.

For its production only high quality herbs responsible for Eichelberger’s green colour are used. The absinthe is not pre-sugared and considering the minimal output it is surprisingly cheap. 0,5 litres, 68% alcohol.
