Brevans is produced according to rigid guidelines from the year 1897. Its formula is taken from one of J. de Brevans’ most prominent books of recipes – “La Fabrication des Liqueurs”.
The herbs used for Brevans absinthe have the same origin as the herbs used in the famous French absinthe distilleries in the 19th century. A well-balanced mixture of wine-alcohol and marc serve as basis alcohol.
This magnificent absinthe gets its colour through the herbs mentioned before – pure, unadulterated and without chemical additives. The result is a highly complex and authentic absinthe as already generated in 19th century distilleries. 0,5 litres, 68% alcohol.
