Originally Blanchette was produced by Combier distillery in Samur, France at around 1900. It is a colourless absinthe prepared in Swiss-style with a fine aroma of warmouth. Anise and some alpine herbs in the background.
Like all other Jade products Blanchette is crafted by hand in the historical “Kupferbrennhäfen” of Combier distillery. Its taste is very complex – an absinthe which no absinthe lover will regret buying. 0,5 litres, 60% alcohol.
